Ramona and Nico have just finished school and are letting themselves be carried along by the Berlin summer. After pulling a prank, they have to flee – reluctantly into a politically charged world. As they search for a bird that has flown away and Ramona’s little brother, they struggle to maintain their friendship and unexpectedly stumble upon other life stories that offer hope.
